Good Friday Services

Olivet will be a part of 2 Good Friday serices during Holy Week.

One is SMILE's longstanding stations of the cross service in collaboration with all of SMILE's sponsoring churches.

• gather at 11:15AM for prayer and procession on Solomons Island 
• service begins in Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church (new building) at 12:00PM
• includes the stations of the cross
• Pastor Alex has the honor of preaching the Word 
• Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church: 225 Alexander Lane, Solomons Island 

The other is an evening joint service with St. Paul UMC at Olivet.

• service begins at 7:00PM 
• includes meditations on the 7 last words of Christ 
• Olivet sanctuary 

Join us for one or both services: they'll be different worship styles and experiences, all geared towards reflection on what the cross means and how we can ready ourselves for the glory of Easter morning.
